Alternative ways to reach us

Prefer email?

Write to us directly at [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

For quick answers, check the FAQ first — most common questions about privacy, formats, and legal validity are answered there.

What to include in your message

The faster we understand your situation, the faster we can help. If you're reporting a problem with one of the tools, a few details make a big difference: which tool you were using (draw, type, or upload), which browser and device (for example, "Safari on iPhone 14" or "Chrome on Windows 11"), and roughly what happened versus what you expected. A screenshot attached to your email is often worth more than a full paragraph of description.

What we can and can't help with

We can help with

Bugs in the draw, type, or upload tools; questions about file formats or download issues; feedback on guides like our e-signature legality articles; general product suggestions.

We can't help with

Legal advice about whether a specific signed document is enforceable in your situation — that requires a licensed attorney familiar with your jurisdiction and contract.

Typical response time

SignScribe is a small, focused project, not a large support operation with a ticketing queue and SLAs. Most messages get a reply within one to two business days. If you've reported something urgent — like a tool that's completely broken for everyone, rather than a one-off glitch — flag that clearly in your subject line and we'll prioritize it.

Before you write in: quick self-service checks

Refresh and retry

A surprising number of canvas or font-loading glitches resolve after a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R), especially after a recent update to the site.

Try a different browser

If drawing or downloading isn't working, testing in a second browser (Chrome vs. Safari, for instance) quickly tells us whether it's browser-specific.

Check the FAQ

Common questions about file formats, privacy, watermarks, and legal validity are already answered on the FAQ page — it may save you a round-trip.

SignScribe never asks for your signature image, ID documents, or any sensitive personal data as part of support — if a message claiming to be from us ever asks for that, treat it as suspicious and contact us directly at the address above to verify.

Business and partnership inquiries

If you're reaching out about a partnership, integration, or press inquiry rather than product support, mention that clearly in your message subject so it gets routed and read appropriately — these get handled separately from day-to-day bug reports.

Reporting an accessibility issue

We aim to keep every tool usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and at readable contrast levels, but accessibility work is never fully "done." If you use assistive technology and hit a barrier anywhere on the site — a control that's hard to reach with Tab, a label that a screen reader skips, text that's hard to read against its background — please tell us specifically which page and which assistive technology you were using, along with the browser and device. Accessibility reports get the same priority as functional bugs, not treated as a lower-tier request, and we genuinely appreciate the extra detail since it's often the difference between a quick fix and a guessing game.

Suggesting a new signature style or feature

A meaningful share of what's on SignScribe today — additional script fonts, the upload background-remover, specific guide topics — started as a suggestion from someone using the site. If there's a signature style you wish the type tool offered, a document workflow you wish we covered in a guide, or a feature you keep reaching for and not finding, describe the actual situation you're in rather than just naming a feature; that context helps us judge whether it belongs on the roadmap and how to build it well.

Reporting incorrect information in a guide

Our legal and how-to guides — covering topics like e-signature validity and PDF signing — are reviewed periodically, but laws and software both change. If you spot something that's out of date (a described browser feature that's moved, a regulation that's been updated) or a claim that seems inaccurate, let us know which page and which specific sentence; corrections get fixed faster than almost any other type of request, since accuracy in those guides is something we take seriously.

What happens after you send a message

Messages sent through the form above are delivered directly to our inbox using your own email client — nothing passes through a third-party form-processing service or gets logged on a server in between. A message sent to [email protected] directly works exactly the same way. Either route reaches the same small team, so use whichever is more convenient.

Frequently asked contact questions

Do you offer phone or live chat support?

Not currently. Email is the fastest way to reach us, and most replies go out within one to two business days.

Can I request that my message and any attached screenshots be deleted?

Yes — just say so in your message or a follow-up, and we'll remove it from our inbox once your issue is resolved.

Is there a way to track the status of a bug report?

For a small project like this, we handle it directly by email rather than a public ticket tracker; we'll follow up once a fix ships if you flagged something specific.
